Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the eyewear in its original protective case and packaging to ensure it remains scratch-free during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
